A. Thruster, build to a moderately tough set of 5
B. Above Knee Hang Power Snatch, 2 moderately tough reps per min x 10 mins - nothing too tough
C. EMOM x 20 mins:
1st - 10 shoulder to overhead @ 95lbs
2nd - 10 chest to bar
3rd - 10 clapping push-ups
4th - 10 toes to bar
A. 135#... no alb or 2.5 lb plates so stopped here
B. skipped, the bar i have fell apart during part A. i screwed it back together to complete the thrusters but i didn't want to snatch with it. time for a new bar.
C. completed, push ups were the hardest

Saturday - MAP Scenario's (short/long)
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
50 OHS @ 65lbs
50 Lateral Barbell Burpees
50 Front Squat @ 65lbs
50 Lateral Barbell Burpees
50 Back Squat @ 65lbs
50 Lateral Barbell Burpees
stopped after 40 OHS. my intensity was pathetic and i just wasn't feeling it at all
