AM - CP tester
Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:
1st min - 3 tough kipping HSPU to depth
2nd min - 1 tough DL, first set @ 250lb - do not go above 300lbs
HSPU: First 7 sets to 8", last 3 sets to 10"... There is only 12" from my shoulders to the top of my head so I don't have too much more room to go, did these just on bumpers, not parallettes.
DL: 250#, 255#, 260#, 265#, 270#, 275#, 280#, 285#, 285#, 285#
I was planning to add 5# per round to get to 300# by the end, but 285# felt really heavy and my form was getting ugly, so stayed there for the remaining sets and was challenged quite a bit.

Everything unbroken just like last time, first run was quickest to get a little bit ahead of last time's pace, after that I maintained a consistent pace throughout and felt pretty good. Still need to run faster and maybe do more of a 2arm KB snatch rather than a swing. Next goal is sub 8 Helen (:
