Personal Programming

I believe that most of my success as an athlete began when I first started working with Michael. I receive remote coaching from him and I think it is one of the best decisions I have made. Everybody needs a coach because everybody needs guidance and structure to excel. Having a coach to report back to has given me the extra push I was looking for as an athlete. It also takes the thinking out for me; instead of deciding what to do each day, my coach has my plan mapped out weeks in advance and I just follow the program. I have enjoyed the journey and learned a lot.

I have experience as a coach, and Michael is my mentor. I offer remote coaching available to anybody with any training goal, as I have worked with people of all ages and abilities.

How this works:

  • Initial assessment via Skype, FaceTime, or phone call will be set up to discuss current training, lifestyle and goals. 
  • From here on out, work outs will be emailed out 1 week in advance; I will design a program to fit your abilities, training facility and ultimately help you reach your fitness goals. 
  • We will have periodic Skype appointments to check in and discuss how things have been going and what is to come
  • Payments will be made via PayPal

There will be an initial consultation fee as well as a monthly fee.
