5 sets @ high effort:
30 cals Airdyne
3 ring muscle-ups
15 box jumps - 20"
15 kbs - 24kg
15 gh sit-ups
4 min b/t sets
*I want you to adjust the work order every set. Goal is same time per set no matter the order.
Fastest was 3:48 and slowest was 4:16... just couldn't maintain pace on air dyne on the last 2 sets. everything else felt great, air dyne was tough
