2:05 give or take a second per round with 19-21 step ups per round. mostly proud of the t2b being unbroken, that was good for me haha

PM - Hill Running
10 x 20 sec Hill Sprint @ 97%, 3-4 min walk
6--- this was really tough to make myself do on a saturday afternoon, made it thru 5 at 97% then lowered to 80-85% to just make it thru. hot weather and just not into these today
