Aug 21st


A. Front Squat @ 40X1, 1 rep x 4 sets, 4 min - start @ 92%, add a touch per set if possible, no fails
B. touch n go Power Clean Cluster, 3.3.3 - build to a max - goal is 165lb+
C. AMRAP in 15 minutes:
15 Kipping HSPU
100ft L Arm Farmers Walk @ 75lb DB
100ft R Arm Farmers Walk @ 75lb DB
A. 208#, 213#, 213#, 215# fail.... thought I'd make it
B. 173#... tweaked my back somewhere on the last set of 3 @173#... so it has been hurting all day. i think ill be fine but definitely did something to my left lower back 
C. 5 rds + 11 HSPU, couldnt decide whether or not to do this because my back was not feeling great, but the only part that really bothered it was picking the DB up and setting it down, so it just made me not stop on the F.carries, just went for it. not my best effort here but it made me feel better than skipping it.
