Aug 23rd & 24th


Friday - Snatch tech + Jerk intense + Squat mod + DB Press/Back Ext + Flexion Core
A. Back Squat @ 40X1, 1 rep x 4 sets, 4 min - start @ 92%, add a touch per set it possible, no fails
B. Split Jerk, max
C. touch n go Squat Snatch, 2-2-2-6-6-6-10-10-10, 2 min - 2's @ 115lb, 6's @ 105lb, 10's @ 95lbs
D. For time:
GH Sit-ups - 10,20,30
Hand Release Push-ups - 30,20,10
A. all sets @ 225#
B. 193#... didn't want to go higher since back wasn't feeling 100%
C. Skipped
D. 6:48

Felt better today than expected, just a little hesitant on some of the movements


Saturday 
Cinco 1&2 (stay within the time limit as per Games standard)
Cinco 1: 3 rd + 20m HS walk
Holy f those DLs were so heavy for me. I did the pistols unbroken and they really weren't that hard, the DL might as well have been 300#--- brutal
Cinco 2: 3 rd + 10m overhead lunges
I couldn't find the depth for the HSPU so I just did 8 inches, i felt pretty good on this one although the lunges would have been nasty but I just didn't have much time to suffer through them.

Overall, I felt pretty good. I did this early.. @7:30 am  because I had stuff to do later in the day. I am not sure if my results would have been much different at another time of day, but I probably would have felt better, it took me forever to set up and warm up and get going.
