A. Power Clean, build to a tough single - not a max
B. Front Squat @ 40X1, 2 reps @ 85% RM x 5 sets, 3 min
C. Snatch Grip Romanian Deadlifts @ 33X0, 4-5 reps x 5 sets, 2 min - wear straps, lower bar until weights 2-3"off floor, pause there, start @ 135lb
D. AMRAP Kipping HSPU to 10" Depth in 5 mins
E. Single Arm Farmers Walk, 30 sec per side x 5 sets per side, 30 sec b/t sides - hold 32kg KB in hand
F. Weighted Side Bridge, 60 sec per side x 3 sets per side, 60 sec b/t sides
A. 205# PR -- felt great here
For my lifts I did 153#, 173#, 188#, 205#
B. @ 193#
C. 135# (5), 140# (5), 145# (4) x 3 sets
D. 22 reps
E. Completed, tough
F. Completed with 20#, really tough
