Aug 9th


A. Split Jerk, max
B. Back Squat @ 40X1, 2 reps @ 85% RM x 7 sets, 3 min
C. Squat Snatch, 2 touch n go @ 95lb per min for 10 mins - focus on making the reps as pretty and efficient as possible
D1. Flat Bench DB Press @ 33X0, 4-6 reps x 4 sets, 1:30 min - 3 sec pause on chest/shoulders
D2. Single Leg Back Extensions @ 20X0, 8-12/leg x 4 sets, 1:30 min (30 sec b/t legs) 
E. Strict Toes to Bar, 50 reps in few sets as possible - 1 min rest b/t sets - focus on good reps, controlled lowering is most important, no elbow bend
A. 205#... I went straight to 220# and failed it once. It wasn't that close so I just called it there. 205# felt pretty heavy but I had more in me just not quite 220# today. I get kinda frustrated because I like to PR when I am given the chance to max out on a lift, but today wasn't the day, so I moved on. 
B. @ 208# --- heavy but felt good. 
C. Felt good, positioning on snatches has felt really good the past few weeks. 
D1. 6, 5, 6, 5 @ 50# for all sets
D2. 11, 10, 8, 8
E. 7:33 total time reps were: 12/10/8/7/7/6
