B. Front Squat @ 40X1, 5 reps @ 70% RM x 5 sets, 3 min
C1. Strict HSPU CLuster to Deficit, 2.2 x 4 sets, 1:30 min
C2. DB Romanian Deadlifts @ 10X0, 15-20 reps x 4 sets, 1:30 min - wear straps, start @ 55lb/hand
D. Side Bridge, 20 sec per side x 10 sets per side, 20 sec b/t sides
A. 193#, i didn't realize that this was a pretty good number for this exercise or else I would have filmed it. Cleans felt great, squat was easy. Just focused on throwing the bar up since I had hardly any room to build the pull
B. @158#, jeez that was hard on my legs and core
C1. 8" for all sets
C2. 55# for all sets reps: 18, 16, 15, 15... these felt weird, probably just unfamiliar with the movement but I didn't push it too much
D. Completed
