June 4th & 5th


Tuesday
20-30 minute Run in the sun

Wednesday
A. Front Squat @ 20X1, 3 reps @ 175lbs x 5 sets, 3 min
B. AMRAP Ring Muscle-ups in 1 minute x 5 sets, 1 minute rest
C. KB Front Squats @ 16kg/arm, 10 reps min for 10 mins
A. Completed, felt good and moderate
B. These went well. I think even with this 1 min on 1 min off format, my 30 MUs for time might have been the same as my personal best
Set 1; 5 + 3+ 2+ 2= 12 reps
Set 2; 3 + 2+ 2+ 1= 8 reps
Set 3; 3 + 1 + 2+ 1= 7 reps
Set 4; 3 + 2 + 1+1= 7 reps
Set 5; 2 +2+1+1= 6 reps
C. Completed, the last 3 sets were tough!
