Monday - June 3rd
A. Deadlift @ 33X1, 3 reps x 5 sets, 3 min - straps, build per set, start @ 225lb
B1. Push Press @ 11X1, 2-3 reps x 4 sets, 2 min
B2. Weighted Pronated Chin-ups @ 30X0, 2-3 reps x 4 sets, 2 min
C. DB Split Squats @ 20X0, 15/leg x 3 sets, 30 sec b/t legs - don't go too heavy
A. 225, 230, 235, 240, 245--- felt good
B1. 140# (3), 145#(3), 150#(3), 160#(2)
B2. 35#(3), 35#(3), 40#(2), 40#(2)
C. 35#/hand for all sets. Maybe should have used 30#... the 35#s were tough by the final set
