215# Split Jerk

Friday
A. Split Jerk, build to a tough single
B. touch n go Power Snatch, build to a 5 RM
C. 20 x 30 sec Airdyne @ 90%/30 sec Airdyne @ 50%
A. 215#.... 10# pr I built to 205# pretty easily and was going to stop there just because it was my current PR, but then i decided to do 210# which was still not quite tough. Added 5 lbs, and positioning wasn't super great on the 215# as the weight started to bring me forward in the dip, so I called it there. Confident I can at least do 220-225# on this
B. 140#, really didn't look great though. Felt like I was leaning forward a lot, almost diving thru especially by the end, and I caught myself slowing down my pull as I rocked from my heels to my toes again.
C. 90%was about 21-22 MPH and 50% was around 14-15 MPH
