June 14th


A. 1 1/4 Front Squat @ 20X1, build to a 3RM - don't bounce too much, control both lowering portions per rep
B. Muscle Snatch. OHS. Snatch Balance, 1.1.1 @ 95lbs x 6 sets, 1:30 min
C. Split Jerk, 3-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1, 1:30 min - 3's @ 115lb, 2's @ 125lb, 1's @ 135lb
D. 9 unbroken Strict HSPU per min for as many mins as possible
A. 185# I didn't try anything higher than this. The set at 185# was really draining and tough
B. Completed
C. Completed, still feel like I lean too forward but working on that obviously
D. 12 mins then collapsed on the 4th rep of the 13th min. Tough on shoulders
