Broke thrusters 3 times (25/15/10)
Pull ups were 15/8/7
really want to try and keep the thrusters unbroken and just suck it up, 45lb is tougher than one might think.

The first set of 25 unbroken took me 64 seconds just to give an idea of the pace I was going at, nothing too fast in order to maintain
Pull Ups seemed quick and felt fine. I think I could have done 20/10 if I had been going all out, but wanted to keep it at 85%-90% so broke a bit sooner but shorter rests
