April 20th


Yesterday's training 
AM - Snatch intense + Snatch battery + Bench/BSq with Chains mod
A. Below Knee Hang Power Snatch, build to a max
B. Squat Snatch @ 135lb, 1 rep every 30 sec for 15 minutes 
C1. Medium Grip Bench Press @ 20X1, 1-1-1-5-5, 1:30 min
C2. Back Squat @ 20X1, 2 reps @ 65% RM + Chains x 5 sets, 1:30 min
A. 155#... 160# is a close call for "power" snatch. Video below
B. Completed, tougher than the power snatches last week
C1. 155#, 155# 150#, 135#, 135#
C2. 160# + chains

PM - MU's + MAP Rowing - low %'s
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
4 unbroken MU's
6 unbroken Thrusters @ 105lbs
12 unbroken GH Sit-ups
6 rd + 4 MUs
tough to pace the unbroken sets. I think I took too much rest before the thrusters, I wouldnt have failed any but knowing I had to do 6 in a row made me rest more before picking up the bar. Abs were hurting on the MUs!
