Sunday - MAP Low %'s
25 min @ 75%:
150m Run
5 Chin-ups
10 Walking Lunges
150m Run
5 Push-ups
10 Air Squats
10 rounds + 100m run
Felt good throughout. Legs were getting a little tired by the end
--10 min rest
25 min @ 75%:
300m Row
5 Toes to Bar
5 Push Press @ 16kg/arm
15 Back Extensions
8 rounds + 300m Row
*Low back started to feel pretty tired by the end here

Overall, a good week of training. Looking forward to some rest tomorrow and back at it Tuesday.
