A. 175#, 5# PR. Video below. Tried 180# once and just felt like my energy was zapped
B. Completed, felt easy
C. Completed, a little tiring by the end but solid quick reps, maintainable

I have no idea if this should have taken that long? TGUs at 24kg were so hard. There were probably about 5-6 reps that I lost stabilization during the sit up and had to rest then start over.
