April 2nd


A. Squat Snatch, build to 165lb for a single - try 175lb if 165lb is easy
B. Split Jerk, build to 200lb for a single - try 210 if 200 is easy
C. Squat Clean Cluster, 1.1.1.1.1 x 3 sets, 5 min - start @ 175lbs
D. Thrusters @ 95lbs, 6 reps per min for 10 minutes - bar taken from floor
A. Only built to 155#, failed 165# twice even if I only jumped to 160# i'm not sure i would have even gotten that. 
B. 195# failed 200# once, my legs felt so weak on the dip
C. 175#, 180#, 185# 1.1.1.F. didn't attempt the 5th rep
D. Completed, this was tough but manageable. 
Overall I felt a little frustrated with my numbers today. The open is a tough 5 weeks for me because each work out is so hard and seems to take a lot out of me. In order to do well in them, I also need to get my cardio and volume up and my max numbers suffer. I felt pretty tired today and overall weak, especially my leg strength. I felt like I had "pop" on all the lifts today, just not enough strength to get the numbers I was trying for. Just 1 more week of this, can't wait to move on.
