April 27th


Saturday - Snatch tech + Prowler fatigue sets + AD based MAP - high %'s
Below Knee Hang Squat Snatch, 1 rep @ 115lbs x 10 sets, 1 min - full pause below knee
Completed, these felt really good. Hitting the right spots.

3 x 40 sec Prowler Sprint @ moderate load, 5 min b/t sets - use 65lbs this time
Right around 100m per sprint, I did these with a 20m turn around, probably not the intended idea, but I did it mostly for safety reasons. I usually push them in the road but it can be a bit scary with all the cars, plus on the 20ft patio it is flat and smoother, every once in a while i hit a rock or have to go uphill/downhill on the street

Prowler Push @ 65lbs, ALL OUT for 15 sec every minute for 6 minutes
About 250m with the 20m turn arounds again
