Below Knee Hang Power Snatch, 3 reps @ 95lbs x 6 sets, 1:30 min - full pause below knee
Completed. This is probably my worst position, but I felt much better by the later sets

4 x 30 sec Prowler Sprint @ moderate load, 5 min b/t sets - use 100lbs this time
100lb felt just as heavy as the 115lb, this was exhausting. About 75m each set
