AM - Snatch intense + Snatch battery + Bench/BSq with Chains mod
A. Snatch Pull Cluster, 1.1 @ 180lbs x 5 sets, 2 min - use straps
B. Squat Snatch, attempt to hit 165-170 for a single
C. Power Snatch. Above Knee Hang Squat Snatch. Snatch Balance. OHS, 1.1.1.1 per min for 5 minutes - try 135lb for all sets
D1. Close Grip Bench Press @ 20X1, 1-1-1-1-1, 1:30 min
D2. Back Squat @ 20X1, 4 reps @ 55% RM + Chains x 5 sets, 1:30 min
A. Completed, these wipe me out. I get light headed after them, but they feel good
B. 165#
C. Failed the snatch balance @ 135# on the 4th min and stopped there. This beat me up
D1. 140#, 145#, 145#, 145#, 145#
D2. @ 135# + chains
