3 Position Squat Snatch (above knee, below knee, floor), 1 rep per position x 5 sets, 2 min - all sets @ 115lbs
Completed. I think this type of stuff will help me a lot. 2 years later and I'm still trying to figure out my second pull hah

Loaded the sled with 115# and got about 60m each sprint. These were tough

15 x 30 sec AD @ 90%/30 sec AD @ 50%
Quads were burning up. Breathing was fine
90% averaged right around 300 watts. Started out like 370 but fell off
50% was about 80 watts? Not sure on this one
