A. Below Knee Hang Squat Snatch, build to a tough single - nothing over 160lbs
B. Power Clean and Split Jerk Clusters, 3-3-2-2, 5 min (rest 10 sec b/t all reps)
C. 5 touch n go Power Clean @ 155lb per min for 5 mins
D. Behind the Neck Split Jerk @ 95lbs, 5 perfect reps x 5 sets, 2 min
A. 160#, didn't feel that tough. I did 125#, 135#, 155#, 160#
B. 175#, 180#, 185#, 190# (1.F), this was tiring
C. Completed, very tough. I don't think I could have done another min
D. Completed, felt good but I was so tired by this point
