Felt drained today especially by the end with the t2b and double unders. This work out saturday is going to be very tough for me. Read the rules and supposively you can step up and or down so ive been playing around with stepping up and jumping down. Box jumps are not really my favorite or a strength and this work out comes down to the box jumps so that's going to be very important. This is going to be quite painful. i think the shoulder 2 OH and DL will be fine for the 10 min for me.
