Tues - Snatch intense + Clean and Jerk intense + SN or C&J battery
A. Muscle Snatch, build to a 1RM
B. Power Clean, build to a tough single
C. Front Squat and Split Jerk, 3-3-3, 5 min - start @ 155lb, add 10lbs per set
D. 5 Thrusters per minute for 10 minutes @ 105lbs - from floor
A. 118#
B. 193# flew up easy so i jumped to 205# and couldn't put on the breaks, should have done 200#
C. Completed as written , this felt really hard. A lot of time under the load
D. Completed as written, tough but felt good throughout and could have definitely continued for a few more sets, not as tough as last week's squat cleans EMOM @ 155#
