B. Front Squat with Chains @ 20X1, 1-1-1, 4 min
C. Power Snatch Cluster, 1.1 x 3 sets, 4 min - all tough sets
D. Every minute on the minute for 20 minutes:
1st - 3 MU's
2nd - 5 Power Snatch @ 115lb

D. Completed, Muscle ups were EZ! i didnt video every set, but some of the sets below. Snatches were tough, I didnt do tng by the end. my thumbs killed me

Completed the rest as written. Dips were tougher than chin ups today
