Saturday - CrossFit tester
AMRAP in 15 minutes:
50 OHS @ 65lbs
50 Lateral Barbell Burpees
50 Front Squats @ 65lbs
50 Lateral Barbell Burpees
50 Back Squats @ 65lbs
50 Lateral Barbell Burpees
183 reps
Breathing felt better than my muscles 
Movements felt kind of slow
 I hate burpees.
