A. High Hang Squat Snatch off blocks, 1 rep x 9 sets, 1:30 min - 3 sets @ 125lb, 3 sets @ 130lb, 2 sets @ 135lb, 1 set @ 140lb
B. Front Squat and Split Jerk, 1 rep x 8 sets, 1:30 min - 4 sets @ 165lb, 2 sets @ 175lb, 2 sets @ 185lb
C. Power Clean. Push Jerk. Squat Clean. Split Jerk, 1.1.1.1 @ 155lb per min for 10 minutes - drop each jerk to floor
D. Bar Muscle-up, 5 unbroken x 5 sets for time

D. 2:54, felt great today. Only the last set was really challenging. It helped that the pull up bar I was on wasn't super slick today. Thankfully, I guess no one that uses a lot of hand lotion has used the bars lately.
