30 Below Knee Hang Squat Snatch @ 45lbs

Wall balls were tough going to 11ft, I broke the sets 20/10
Below Knee hang snatches started with 10 each set, then settled into smaller sets. Last round did 11/10/9
PM - Rowing or AD MAP

15 Toes to Bar
90 sec Row @ 75%
90 sec rest
15 Hand Release Push-ups
90 sec Row @ 75%
90 sec rest
All T2B and HR push ups were unbroken, these both felt the best they ever have. Rows were around 328 meters each round
