6-8 min b/t sets
Power Cleans: 11, 10, 11, 10, 9
Burpees: 11, 10, 10, 10, 9
Airdyne: Less power each round
Rest: Took 7 min b.t sets 1-4 , took 9 mins before set 5
Felt super powerful on set 1, and less powerful each round after. Felt like I was falling off more than my results show
