30 sec Power Snatch @ 65lbs 11, 11, 10, 10, 10
30 sec Back Squats @ 65lbs 14, 14, 13, 14, 15
60 sec rest
My quads were the limiter here, definitely hit muscular fatigue. I also didn't feel like I had much "pop" in the power snatches, they felt kind of slow and required a bit more energy than normal

60 sec Box Jump Burpees - 20" 15, 15, 14, 15, 15
60 sec rest
For the first time ever, burpees actually felt good. I felt like I moved well, I jumped straight up to the box and then stepped down each rep. Glad I was able to actually move and feel good here.

30 sec Double Unders 49, 51, 42, 45, 47

At first, I didn't do tng push jerks, I kind of paused at the shoulders each rep, then I decided to go touch and go. The 3rd set, I completed 15 reps; I was just kind of in a groove and kept going but it really took it out of me for the last two rounds, I felt pretty tired. Double unders had some trips, mostly because I was getting tired. Overall felt pretty good here.
