Thursday - Back Squat intense + Deadlift intense + Upper CP
AM
A. DL with Straps, build to a heavy single
B. Back Squat with Chains @ 10X1, 3 reps @ 60% RM + Chains x 6 sets, 2 min
C. 3 rounds for time:
20 C2B Chin-ups
20 Press @ 65lb
A. 305#, failed at 315# but if my life depended on it I could have gotten it, but with ugly form
B. all sets @ 147# + chains
C. 9:32
C2B were all 10/5/5
Presses were in random sets based on feel

C2B were the easier of the two movements. C2B were tougher on my breathing than muscles. Presses were tougher than I thought, never went to failure on any sets. 

Pull ups have been feeling good lately
