A. Completed as written, but didn't feel solid. This was a tough position for me off the blocks, need some more work here. I feel that the above knee is a good position for me without blocks, even when I go down and pause in the position before hand, for some reason these felt a bit off today.
B. 215# pr, felt great. I didn't go any higher than this but I definitely had 220# maybe 225#. Video Below.
C1. Completed as written, squats felt heavy
C2. Completed unbroken, these are feeling better each time, hand ripped on the last set which caused a bit of pain for the next part of the session. These were definitely the "easier" part of the c1/c2
D. 5:27 completed all as squat clean thruster singles, shoulders felt strong, Legs were more tired than shoulders and breathing was high.
