25 Chin-ups
30 Box Jump Overs - 20"
30 DB Walking Lunges @ 20/hand
Rest 2 min b/t sets
3:27 everything unbroken
3:40, had to break pull ups once... my hand completely slipped
3:40 everything unbroken but box jump overs were noticeably slower than previous rounds
Pull Ups felt great, except the one slip, they were fluid and easy
Box Jump overs seemed to be the most time consuming. Breathing felt decent though, they just take a while. I landed on the box then stepped down on each rep
Walking Lunges were sneaky. I didn't think the 20#/hand was going to be tough but my legs burned I felt like my hammies were going to pop out

Legs felt loaded and breathing was high
