Jan 15

Tuesday - MAP muscular end (higher reps, bottlenecking)
5 sets @ 90%:
60 sec unloaded Prowler Push
60 sec KBS - 24kg
60 sec Box Jumps - 30" - step down
60 sec Rowing @ damper 10
4 min b/t sets
Prowler: tough
KBS: 28, 28, 26 (broke at 16), 35 (broke at 14 and 20), 30 (held on for all 60 sec)
Box Jumps: 18, 16, 16, 15, 14
Row (m): 250, 248, 254, 258, 266

Legs felt pretty tired on the prowler.
KBS felt pretty good, breathing and grip weren't the issue as much as fatigue in hamstrings/"pop"
Box Jumps: Felt good, breathing was higher on these than KBS, couldn't really go much faster because of the height of the box, but definitely got more tired on these every round
Row: Felt better each round, damper at 10 is tough, I can't believe I used to "like" the damper higher like that on my rowing back in the day, seems dumb on my part now.

This was tiring. I sat on the rower at the end for like 15 mins, I didn't even notice the time, I was just worn out. I could see a format like this (1 min for reps at each different exercise, maybe some rest, but I doubt more than 1 min) come up in the open/regionals to bring back the "fight gone bad" kind of thing, although I would prefer movements and tougher weights like these with 4 min of rest b/t rounds :)
