10 Rds of Nate


Thursday - Back Squat intense + Deadlift intense + Upper CP
A. Back Squat @ 20X1, build to a 2RM
B. DL with Straps, quickly build to a tough single
C. 10 rounds of Nate @ 32kg for time:
A. 230#, couldn't even get 235# for one rep
B. 275#, couldn't move 305# so dropped to 295# and it felt even worse. Don't really know what went on here
C. 12:19 all movements unbroken
Notes: Shooting for 230# or 235# for the squats so that went fine. The DL was really discouraging, I really don't know why that went so poorly. I wasn't too stoked on testing 10 rounds of Nate after the way the DL went. I wanted something like sub 12 for Nate so it went okay. Hit breathing and muscular fatigue, too much rest b/t exercises...
