Had a tough time today warming up. Nothing really felt "good" and I was tempted to come back and start my training day later, but I just decided to go with it and toughen it out. I felt like I had no "pop" today.
Monday
AM - Snatch intense + Clean and Jerk intense + SN or C&J battery
A. Power Snatch, build to a touch n go 3RM
B. Above Knee Hang Squat Clean and Split Jerk Cluster, 1.1 x 4 sets, 4-5 min - start @ 185lb
C. Power Clean. Split Jerk. Front Squat, 1.1.1 per min for 10 minutes - start @ 155lb
A. 140#, failed the 3rd rep at 145# 3 times :(
B. Had a bit of trouble here, nothing felt solid. here were my sets that I did:
185# complete, 190# failed the 2nd jerk, 190# failed the first clean, 190# complete video below, 193# failed the 2nd clean... couldn't stand up
C. 155#, 160#, 165#, 170#, 175#, 180# fail clean, 180#, 180#, 180#, 180#
PM - LEnd + MAP Z1
3 sets @ 97%:
30 sec AMRAP Squat Clean @ 115lb
30 sec Lateral Barbell Burpees
30 sec Airdyne
Rest 9 min b/t sets
+
20 minute Airdyne @ 50% effort
Cleans: 9 reps all sets
Burpees: 13, 12, 12
Airdyne: complete
+
20 Min airdyne complete
Side note: The chains are fixed!
