6 Box Jumps - 20" - touch n go reps, full extension on top of box

6:20, very tiring. Box jumps are one of those exercises that really get my HR up and i get tired quick esp on tng

3 Toes to Bar
6 Push-ups
50 Double Unders
10:06, had to break up the last 2 sets of push ups
PM - Z1 Running
10-15 minutes ankle, hip, and glute stretching

20 minute Run @ 75% HR

15 min Ice Bath
