AM - Back Squat intense + Snatch intense + Clean and Jerk battery + LEnd tester (1-3 min)
A. Back Squat @ 20X1, build to 230-240lb for a single, base loading on feel
B. Squat Snatch, build to a heavy single
C. Squat Clean. Push Jerk. Split Jerk, 1.1.1 x 10 sets, 1 min - start @ 155lb
D. Row 300m ALL OUT @ Damper 10
A. 235# felt tough
B. 165#, pull feels weak
C. 155#, 155#, 160#, 160#, 165#, 170#, 175#, 175#, 180#, 185#, push jerks felt solid, cleans were tough at the end. 185# is a push jerk PR, could have done more today but not sure if i could have cleaned much more
D. 1:34.1 ave total time= 56.4 seconds, definitely noticed the higher damper setting
PM - Swimming MAP
3 sets:
3 minute Swim for Max Meters
6 min rest/recovery
