Dec 13th


Thursday - Front Squat intense + Clean and Jerk intense + Snatch Battery + Aerobic Power tester (under 6 min)
A. Squat Clean. Front Squat, 1.1 x 5 sets, 4-5 min
B. Split Jerk, build to a 2RM - goal is 190lb
C. As many sets of 3 unbroken Hang Squat Snatch @ 115lb in 10 minutes
D. 15,12,9 for time:
Power Snatch @ 65lb
Lateral Barbell Burpees
*Goal is sub 4 min
A. 180#, 185#, 190#, 195#, 200#
B. 195# 
C. 15 sets, about 1 every 40 sec, grip was the limiter
D. 3:55, set of 12 burpees was brutal but somehow gathered myself to be able to do the last 9 quick
