Nov 8th


Thursday - Deadlift intense + Snatch Battery + Clean and Jerk Battery 
A. Snatch Grip Deadlift, build to a heavy single - drop rep @ top, use straps
B. Squat Snatch Cluster, 1.1.1.1.1.1.1 x 3 sets, 5-7 min
C. Power Clean and Push Jerk @ 155lb, 15 reps for time
A. 225#
B. 135#, 140#, 145# (1 fail: 1.1.1.1.1.F.1)
C. 5:49, failed rep 11 and minute 4 I did 0 reps
I didn't take my HRV this morning because I woke up with 6 minutes to get up and out the door. The snatch cluster's were tough, they made my quads burn. The last set at 145# was really tough for me, I didn't recover quick at all. Didn't feel great going into the power clean + push jerks and my time is no where close to what I wanted, had a tough time with it since I was already pretty fatigued going into it.
