Thursday - Deadlift intense + Snatch Battery + Clean and Jerk Battery
A. Romanian DL taken from rack @ 30X0, build to a tough single - hook grip
B. 1 Power Snatch every 30 sec for 15 minutes @ 135lb - stop if you fail 3 x
C. Squat Clean Thruster Cluster, 1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1 x 3 sets, 5-7 min
A. Built to 235#, I have more in me here, new movement for me so I had no number in mind when starting
B. Completed, no fails!
C. 125#, 130#, 135#.... probably had another 5 to 8lb in me, but sets still became tough at the weights I did
