felt absolutely terrible. I failed 2 reps on the squat, 20 reps in 2 min, I think I failed rep 18 and 25. Opened up with a set of 6 then went straight to singles. Felt dead going into this one, I really gave 100% in the AM session and just was not recovered by the evening but gave it a go anyways, feeling pretty wrecked now. Filmed it but ill review it later.
That limping walk is absolutely classic at the end. Great job!
