C. Squat Clean Thruster Cluster, 1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1.1 x 3 sets, 5-7 min
A. 235#, 245#, 255#
B. 110#, 115#, 120#, 125#, 130#
C. 155#, 160#, 165#, only did squat cleans did not see the "thruster" part
