Completed, high knee jump rope hoping i did it right, was pretty tiring and tough to try to slow myself down

50 ft Bear Crawl
Completed, i zoned out but i think it was 5 rounds plus a few double unders

10 Walking Lunges
6 rounds plus du's plus 2 lunges. legs felt tired here.

Enjoyable session; long but still fun. I was able to consume pro and carbs during the work out and felt good throughout
