D. 10 x 20 sec Row @ 500m Projected pace in OPTathalon/60 sec rest
A. Built to 148#, ez
B. Completed, felt super light but solid, ez
C. Completed, ez
D. Completed, wish the row on Sunday would feel that good

More recovery work tomorrow, off Sat, and show up Sunday!
