A. Above Knee Power Clean off blocks, build to a tough single
B. Split Jerk, 1 rep x 9 sets, 1:30 min - 3 sets @ 145lb, 3 sets @ 155lb, 3 sets @ 165lb
C. Above Knee Hang Squat Snatch, build to a 2RM - do not drop the bar to the floor, full pause in hang position
D. Back Squat with Chains @ 20X1, 2-2-2, 5 min 
E. 10 rounds for time:
3 unbroken CGBP @ 115lb
1 Rope Climb
A. 175#
B. Completed as written, felt good
C. 145#, didn't attempt anything higher
D. 180#, 190#, 195# all plus 60# of chains
E. 6:04
