Sept 20th

A. Power Clean, build to a 2RM - 5 sec b/t reps
B. Split Jerk, 1 rep x 15 sets, 1:30 min - 3 sets @ 140lb, 3 sets @ 150lb, 3 sets @ 160lb, 3 sets @ 170lb, 3 sets @ 180lb
C. Power Snatch, quickly build to a single
D. Back Squat @ 20X1, 5-5-5, 5 min - only last set max effort
E. 3 unbroken Muscle-ups x 10 sets for time (goal is sub 9 min)
A. 185#, failed 2nd rep at 190
B. Completed as written, felt great
C. 150# PR (i got this recorded on another camera and cant get it sent to me right now :(
D. 195, 195, 210 (huge 5rm PR, exciting!)
E. 12:03...... I finished 10 sets at 8:38 but of these first 10 sets, sets 8 and 9 i failed the 3rd dip... really sad haha, but finished 10 sets with all successful dips at 12:03
