Still really really tough but made it through the 5 rounds, compared to last Saturday at altitude and whatever else, I didn't make it through all the rounds. My set up was a bit more ideal for this work out too, I had a women's bar (vs last week mens bar) and I had bumper plates that were able to tap the ground (vs last week I just went below my knee cap). My grip felt much better as a result, which beside from my breathing is what was the worst part in last week's attempt.
